A Place in the Choir

This is a new collection of paintings my Maura O’Rourke for a recent exhibition in Louisville Kentucky. The journey of time in our lives and the events that form us as people are represented as stones. Various colours, shapes and sizes all can survive in harmony in nature. Modern outlooks are often slanted depending on where on is standing.

A Place in the Choir - the title is simply saying that we are all necessary and should have a place in the choir. We can all contribute and share our resources in today’s world for future generations.
